Entering the programme with an unclear or misaligned purpose will negatively affect your entire CPO journey. 1- PROSPECTIVE CHIEF PURPOSE OFFICERS

The pathway is specifically designed for leaders aspiring to take on the Chief Purpose Officer (CPO) role, whether by joining purpose-driven businesses or spearheading the transformation of traditional businesses into purpose-driven organisations. It offers practical leadership experience while equipping participants with the knowledge and skills needed to confidently embrace and excel in the CPO role.

We invite you to complete the CPO Programme Eligibility Assessment. This assessment is designed to provide valuable insights into your leadership profile and approach. Upon completion, we will review your responses and contact you within two business days to proceed to the second interview to discuss your eligibility for the CPO programme and outline the next steps to initiate the coaching process. 

2- PROSPECTIVE CHIEF PURPOSE OFFICERS WITHIN ORGANISATIONS

This pathway is designed for leaders already within organisations who are being considered for or preparing to take on the Chief Purpose Officer (CPO) role. The focus is on the relationship between the prospective CPO and the organisation, ensuring mutual readiness for a purpose-driven transformation.

Therefore, completing both the CPO Programme Eligibility Assessment and the Purpose-Impact Synergy Analysis is essential to ensure both the CPO and the organisation are ready to elevate the business.
